Scheduling: Please be aware that all online appointments are subject to approval.
For first-time guests, some appointments may require a 50% deposit. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to the invoice. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
Late Policy: I understand life is unpredictable. If you think you are going to be late, please send a text or give me a call so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. If you are more than 5min late, you are subject to be charged a $20 late fee and possibly have to reschedule your appointment. My main goal is keep my appointments on time. Unfortunately, if you are running late to your appointment, now I am running behind on my next guest. If I am running behind at any time, I will give you at least an hour in advance notice to respect your time.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
I want to give every client the time and attention that they deserve for their service. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% off the price of your scheduled appointment. No show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.
